He brings rigorous training, including UK‑based paediatric intensive‑care training at a leading children’s hospital, and deep experience in managing critically ill children. His expertise spans general paediatrics and specialised intensive‑care services such as cardiac critical care, advanced echocardiography, point‑of‑care ultrasound (PoCUS), and life‑support for complex medical, surgical, oncological or neurological conditions. On return to India, he played a pivotal role in establishing and elevating the hospital’s Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), making it one of the best‑run units in Eastern India. In addition to clinical work, Dr. Meur is committed to medical education, mentoring young doctors, conducting trainings and clinical meetings, and contributing to research with publications in medical journals.
